1)We can take new Overcharge-cluster(12% to gain 1 charge on kill)
2)Take Scion's Assassin(10% to gain PCharge on first hit) + Rider
So we have rather pretty PCharge-generation, and also we can have 3 Frenzy charges+Onslaught most of the time.

What do you think about it?

You don't need more than the occultist class for pcoc if you go fast enough.

I haven't looked into scion so I don't really know what's best.

What this means?
1) Initial cast of skill.
2) Cooldown between each activation of a burst of flames?


Question:
1. It is good to use poison gem with VMS if you have 100% conversion fire > chaos?
With such damage + damage over time from poison you can just use Lightning wrap to travel further (or other movement skill), 1 explosion of a burst of flames will kill mobs (and if not, poison will do {with 10% of such overwhelming Damage}).

So there no need to stop and cast Incinerate, only against Bosses!

2. Blood magic isn't counted as hit on you?
