If u are going Rf totems, you want sceptres, spell dmg doesnt increase rf damage, only elemental, fire dmg, area dmg.

Edit: Get a Daressos Passion, its gives a lot of damage early on.

i got Orb of storms and when i use nearby a enemy doesnt show that little 'aura' that gives resists, idk. Anyways, its going pretty well so far.

you cannot procc EE via OoS with ancestral bonds skilled.

you need a lightning or icetrap for that OR soulmantle/tukohama shield and respecc ancestral bond

this is somewhat sad, but not too bad since EE is only needed on bosses (which have a higher hp pool where throwing a trap is worth the time AND they are more curse resistant)

better use 2x sceptre, can be white, doesn't matter much the damage already is very high once the step 2 of the skilltree is skilled

This means the aoe is acceptable to start early act 3, the duration is very high (what a berserker would have anyway) with purity and the damage will be from my experience way higher than firestorms.

But really cant stress that enough: Don't give up before that point, i know its not enjoyable to level until you can use RF.

Yeah, that's exactly what I was getting at in my previous post (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1510181/page/233#p14236552). My experience has been that my initial reactions were right; I transitioned to RF at about level 26 with no problems, and IAoE's marginal 15% radius is barely noticeable; I've been running an RF/ST/EF/RD 4-link since late A4N with, again, no problems.

Other notes:
- Blasphemy is tiny now. I have limited links and only one curse at the moment (end of Cruel), so self-casting Flammability is currently the best option, sadly enough.
- The 4L mentioned above is very, very powerful. I'm basically bottlenecked by totem placement speed against everything but mandatory boss enemies.

Once i get home in 2 hours, i will be getting a Geofris Crest, getting the searing bond setup, rushing cruel lab and going to merc, this new Aoe for Rf feels good.

the aoe gem grts noticable once rf and inc aoe have higher levels.

I took too long to start using rf man, just when i got lv 38, until 38 was a pain in the ass to level with, firestormm and flame totem its so bad, i was leveling with a friend, we both had no damage, when i took the totem, holy shit, gamechanger right there.

yeah lvl 38 was the 2.5 rft starterlvl, now its lvl 25 (i even used it with 16) :p

wanna do my lowest lvl leaguestarter char atziri kill today/tomorrow with lvl 65/66 depending how my fragment drops are :P

Same here, but im not confident to kill her at thaaat low lv, aiming for atleast 75 or 5k hp. Im at 5/9 humility cards, but with geofris crest i think its enough, also, whats the best 6link setup for it since doesnt need minion and totem ele resists?

totem resist gem. its a more elemental dmg multiplier
