its only for allies, u wont get charges. also, 10% is a joke, best way for charges is still scion's hierophant way (20% on totem place to get power charge to you).

Wanna start with SWT. Still don't know which Ascendancy class I will choose. Probably Assassin, Trickster or some Scion (like Hierophant Scion nodes)

Anyway I want make SWT where like Karv said "I can perma-freeze the world".

And need Your help. How should look my items? I know for sure I need SouthBound Gloves. But how get more Cold damage If I dont wanna lose too much HP/ES or Mana?

this gem setup: Ice Spear + GMP + PCoC + Faster Casting.( for free PC), and use Maligaros instead of FB.

EDIT: trying: Orb of storms + PCoC + Faster casting ( free charges but less distance than spears)

With that gloves... . They give a lot of crits but on HC i prefer some HP/res. They are necessary?

Of course u can use HP + res gloves.
