You can pick up Ghost Reaver & Vaalpact if you have Doryanis Inv. When you feel the need to do so, put that in the gear section, maybe I should put it in the tree too.

No offense but I can't see this build working. You hardly have ES on gear, so the 217% ES won't be enough. Also EK's crit chance is too low and without any chance to get charges against bosses, your damage for boss fights will suck. Also you lack crit chance on tree and 100% mana regen will by far not be enough.

The guide is well written but I highly doubt this will work.
