Leveling you will use it. Maps, I never use mana pots unless its a big minus mana regen map and even then not neccessary sometimes

yeah while leveling of course :D but how do you sustain in maps ? :O am i missing something i dont see any leech in the tree

I will say I found this talisman and it just made this build explode. I was lucky enough to have gotten it from a tier 3 talisman alter boss but you can buy it for around 4-5 ex. that and a bow with +bow sockets and the leo craft of dot damage is a must. heres the bow I'm currently using.
