Yea I got both, either way the tree is still in the air obviously, will have to level the char and see how it plays to see whats most optimal, also links etc.

But with 530%+ damage from tree, unless the skill sucks real hard it should be pretty good I think.

I'm really hyped for the cooldown reduction nodes aswell, should make trapper gameplay way smoother

I'm getting really excited for this - as soon as I'm through with finals, I'm definitely going to give it a shot. Any thoughts on gear? Deerstalkers (kinda obvious) give you a 5L for one of your 4L traps and some decent life and evasion for lower levels, along with some trapping boosts. I imagine the ideal shield would be just a nice rare with life and res and the ilk.

shield probably rare with life, spell damage and ES, rathpith if you are rich or if you find it would be okay, specially with a rumis concoction.

Acrobatics reduces your ES by 50% and you take EB, doesn't make any sense

im not really seeing how this build isnt better starting witch and going lowlife for pain attunement seeing as how you are getting as many more multipliers as possible alrdy. you lose mom but gain way more dmg

Given the title, it looks to be designed for Hardcore. Whether it's meant to be exclusively Hardcore or just viable, I'm not sure.

This is a fair point, I missed those 2 little letters when I glanced over it. Would like to hear from OP still regarding everything

Well i'm gonna start playing Talisman HC and this will be my first build so I fail to see how low-life fits into the picture ?

Also low-life trapper sounds squishy and clunky, very susceptible to bursts of dmg without healing pots, you will most likely require of mana pots to sustain throwing traps, I'm pretty sure they will be fairly expensive.

Pain attunement is nice and all but 6L is already 5 multipliers, so unless you have a 6L shavs theres zero benefits to this.

Again I reiterate the version I posted literally requires a few chaos to get going and not one of the rarest T1 uniques in the game, I also try to make my builds balanced, smooth to play and able to play aggressive, low-life is the opposite of that.

On top of that, Carcass Jack %aoe bonus will be way more valuable for clear speed, it might even be worth dropping 1 multiplier for Increased AOE gem, but I don't know that yet.
