(2.6) Demopolos' Ultimate Facebreaker: 6L Shield Charge (500k) or Cyclone (1.4m) w/ 4L Warchief
Having lots of fun with your build. Need some tips for upgrades.

Should I start with the second shield charge tree (no red nightmare) or with the endgame cyclone tree? if I am planning to play with cyclone, or if you think shield charge is better for now and I can switch later? please let me know, thanks.

" I would take a look but your characters are not visible on your profile. In general if you are having mana issues, you are probably missing a mana leech mod, as noted as mandatory in multiple places on the guide (can be on a jewel, ring, or ammy... just need 1). If your damage is lacking well... once again, read the guide! You are either missing t1 flat phys rolls on some of your items, missing dps flasks, don't have leveled/quality gems, and have missing good mods on jewels. Hope this helps you. " This build is hc viable, but def optimized in its current form for speedy sc. A min/max hc version would probably be a gladiator with max block, since u barely need to change anything if u have red night/surrender to hit 75 with this ascendency. Your gear is definitely okay. Some tips after taking a glance: -In terms of upgrades, you should target getting as close to t1 as possible on all your life rolls on rares (all the bits you are missing add up a lot with the big % we have from tree). -Red nightmare / surrender (if you can afford) would be very very nice in HC for the big block / life on block / free endurance charge generation. -You can make some pretty easy gains getting 4x useful mod jewels, and getting life % on your mana leech jewel. -If you REALLY wanted to be safer, you could try going for bringer of rain (esp if you can get legacy)... losing a 4L sucks but it would help with phys damage mitigation. I am not sure I'd recommend the brass dome, as it has anti-synergy with red nightmare/surrender, which should be your endgame goal. It sucks having no life and reduced move speed, and it cuts into your block in a big way. I don't think the build lacks armour. The biggest draw is the crit reduction here, and if you really want that you can change pathing in the tree to get the anti-crit node. Overall if I were you, I would just play it kinda safe and get some upgrades on your rares/jewels and get some levels. You can also move some things around in tree to drop some dps nodes for more life %, since you're hc. You will feel pretty safe at 6k life imo, esp if you can up your block with surrender/red nightmare. " Absolutely right, mousing over the nearby res nodes let's us know it's 13. I must have been tired when I responded before. :D " You're welcome man! Yep, it's a good fast strand farmer. If you need a nice ring, I'm sitting on some good deafening steel in both league and std. Feel free to pm me. " We just need 1 good int mod on an item. For me I have an onyx base amulet that I rolled 25 int into to make reqs. You could get a single 40 + int roll on any ring/ammy/boot, or use an ammy with int implicit and get a small roll somewhere else. " Happy you're enjoying! Keep in mind that with my advice, you should really just scan poe.trade and get whatever u can find the best deal on to do this efficiently. I'd upgrade in roughly this order: -get legacy meginord (the legacy phys is more important than the 6 % aoe, since you are losing 35 str for the aoe which is already solid due to flat life/melee dmg) -get dying sun in your flask setup for faster map clears (you can always swap to your current for t15-16 if you need it). -Upgrade both of your steel rings to similar but with t1 or deafening tier flat phys -look for similar boots with 30 % movement speed (the MS is pretty noticeable) -get 15 % speed or 40 % dmg to SC on your helm enchant -upgrade any jewels that aren't currently 4x gg mods to 4x mods, preferably with life % in the mix All of this should be a big boost as you work through it! |

Greetings, exiles! I need a piece of advice from you, please.
I have these legacy Facebreaker gloves. The "799% more unarmed physical damage" mod is OK, but I would like to see a large number. I had an idea to use divine orb to re-roll the value of the property, but I'm afraid that then the value will be reset to the current, non-legacy version of the gloves. What do you say, exiles? |
|
" It won't work. Divining legacy items makes them non legacy. You'll have to save up for a better pair. |
|
" Thank you for response!. Yeah, this is what I was afraid of. Well, I think I'll just wait for Relic Facebreaker appear in Standard, buy the cheapest one and divine it to perfection :) |
|
" You cant divine those either. Either way youre going to be looking at 50ex+ for 920%+. 80~100ex for near perf. You cant divine legacy stat items or they will go down to the current stats. Ingame name: Kimoji
