Path of Exile: Ascendancy (News Coverage)

Talisman league looks cool.
But Ascendancy is... to much.
Seems like the game is starting to lose it's focus.
Will the next expansion include Tetris?

Class identity? Fucking sweet, sign me up please.

I am quite excited for this.
Although I am sad that the Scion is only getting one advanced class, why?
She's my main class, and she gets the short end of the stick.

Obviously the class she will get will probably have something to do with jewels.
Personally, if she were to get more advance classes, I'd want a Time Mage.

One of the core reasons I go to the Scion, is for the close reach to Increase Skill Duration node clusters. Because I love using duration gems, and making things last and eternity.
I'd really love an advance class that focused on that specifically.


The witch might do it, but I don't have my hopes up. (even thou the Necromancer does have some increase duration in it)

So far I watched all videos and now I calmed down. The new tree looks most like the current one, with little changes in the shadow area. So my CoC char isn't dead, when I am respec him, that's great.

It seems to be balanced!

Basically guaranteeing hype for this will be dead before it releases. I prefer to be notified of this maybe a week prior. Why? Because the moment you announced Talisman I stopped playing, was like oh that is coming soon, I will wait for that and not play current leagues, problem is you announced it at the start of a 5 week league. Fucking horrible.

Why did I stop playing during Awaking Beta? Same reason. STOP DOING THIS!

Exactly the way im felling. Not wanting to play anymore, and seeing everyone doing the same.

GGG you will lose players doing these annoucements so early. Darkshrine hype for me was dead when talisman was announced, and now even talisman (which i havent yet played) had hype dead.

Don't think these "prestige" classes will kill build diversity rather it restricts which starting class you choose when you want to make a certain build. Which is rather annoying.

I love the new Gauntlet style dungeon, Summoners will have a lot of fun going through it lol.
