2.0.4c Patch Notes and Deployment!
I appreciate that you guys keep working on performance. At least in my case, the map losses in the 1ME have been eliminated, the situation was far more dire when 2.0 came out so whatever you're doing it seems to have an effect.

" Hear hear especially the lack of portals to haul out the loot, another thing i like about the beyond map mod is, the way you have to position, and kite mobs towards a killzone in order to get the most haasts :-D beyond is a + in my book -Rott Ps. Ohh and Atziri without clientcrashes is something i look forward to IGN=ElitePhanteon Last edited by Rottingflesh#6541 on Oct 22, 2015, 5:27:29 AM

" RAIN This has been talked about for years too, but buried as a requirement for immersion into the environment. Whatever the hell that means. TEXT on screen. ( chat, too much loot, you name it simple text on screen lags like a MOFO. ) Just a couple examples that have, as you say, large misconceptions for years. echo "The world is full of smart people" |sed -e 's/smart people/sheep/'

" I agree. After playing this "one month flashback" event I can strongly say that hardcore leagues are the most annoying and punishing. Leagues like beyond or invasion for example are designed to kick players in the balls repeatedly. Fuckin sadists. Standard leagues give much more interesting gameplay and have better rewards, like for example exiles, strongboxes or tormented spirits. Now looking back at beyond league it brings up bad feelings. Unbalanced monsters popping up underneath your character with reflect auras, giving crappy rewards, little strategic gameplay and it makes gameplay experience not challenging, but punishing. There is no risk vs rewards. Probably only masochists could truly enjoy playing these hardcore leagues. edit: Invasion league isn't any better than beyond. For example, I've encountered spider invasion boss, which shoots ethereal knives off screen. Yes, off screen. Furthermore, it has increased area of effect so large that ethereal knives cover the whole screen. So in the end we have a boss which we don't see and it deals damage in the whole screen, there is literally nowhere to move to avoid these attacks. What kind of strategic gameplay can exists here? The game is still lagging & freezing for me & my guild mates are commenting the same - I can see no improvement after the patch - the mobs are just too huge & I too hate beyond mod with a capital H!

" "we'll be removing the Rampage mod from the remainder of the Flashback leagues." There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation.
The former is Wisdom, the latter is Fear. |

I also concur Beyond is GREAT I love the mod, I wish we had all mods all the time or at least some random variation of them as it makes the game actually fun to do play throughs as there is varied content this way. Also hunting warbands has brought me to other areas that I normally wouldn't go back to ever! Great league good changes keep up the good work :)
