They're part of 2.1.0, the next major release. There is no release called 3.0.0 for a long time! Edit - just to be clear about patch numbering: 2.0.4c: Next small patch, probably this week 2.0.5: Patch that introduces the special five-week thing that is occurring after the Flashback event ends. 2.1.0: Next expansion 2.2.0: Expansion after that 2.3.0, 2.4.0 or whatever: more expansions? 3.0.0: Some future crazy version that we haven't started planning yet.
