After another 24 rounds 1 more Birth of the Three dropped.
Soooo, to answer your question, as of 22:00 - 10/01/2016 they are still dropping. |

Solved
This question is now laid to rest. After another 66 runs another one dropped for me, 3 in 160 or so runs. Thus the drop rate is fairly rare. Note my IIR is +159% |
