Birth of the Three? Does it still drop?

Hello. I'm trying to farm for the "Birth of the Three" divination card set, and I can't seem to find a single one. I've tried to find information on where this card drops, and everywhere seems to say that it drops on the Coast on Cruel difficulty,

and that it's supposed to be relatively common.

However, I cannot for the life of me get one to drop (or find one on trade sites, for that matter), and this article doesn't help to raise my spirits.

Considering that this is an article from people who likely have far more experience with the game, and more investment in this community than me, I have few reasons to believe that they would falsely state, "WE BELIEVE THIS HAS STOPPED DROPPING FOR THE TIME BEING, PLEASE SCREENSHOT IF IT DROPS" if they were just making assumptions. I (and likely they) would like to know if this card has stopped dropping on the Coast (Cruel) through developer intent, an overlooked bug because of a mildly unpopular set of divination cards (there aren't many articles about these cards in the first place), if the location(s) it's dropped in has changed, or if I'm just monstrously unlucky. Spending hours trying to find ANYTHING about a card set, (and a similar amount of time trying to find that card set) but finding nothing but teen pregnancy websites due to the word "birth" being in my search is quite mentally exhausting. I have just my experience and the experience of others to work off of (at least what they share), and I can't quite give you a screenshot of something that I'm complaining about not finding.


I'm pretty new to forums, so if this thread is done wrong in any way (or if I'm in the wrong section), please let me know. I posted in this section because I figured this is something only a dev would have the access to verify.

Whats the level of the character you are farming it on?
Because there is a drop penalty applied to divination cards the same as with currency

I was farming with a level 55 character, and I am aware of the drop penalty. I was getting a 32.5% drop penalty right?

Is it dropping now?
I mean the patch notes say it does, but after around a 100 runs i got zero drops (inside the 3 lvl threshold, with leveling magic find gear) and there are zero cards on the market which makes me very doubtful that it is dropping like it should now.

Would be nice if GGG could test if it is dropping as intented, because we had bugs like this before ...

I got 2 drops from merc Hillock in 150 runs with lvl 89 char, so very lucky there. Then 150 runs and none.

Well, at least it drops that is one thing.
That zero cards are sold on xyz made me doubtful.

I started to farm the Birth of the Three and at the beginning one dropped.
Over a period of a week I got nothing more, then I started to note down each run and now I am at 43 so I may have done 60+ runs.
Thinking to myself MMMMMMM I thought I was geting much more luck with the infamous Tabula Rasa of which I have now 4, the first one dropped on me like a ton of soggy bricks, and any other cards are dropping more frequently soooo.
Do we have a bug or discontinuation.
My Scion is Level 74, 2 flame totems - 5 zombies and Flame Golum a wolf and a killer chicken.
