Glad to see the dates are being shifted a bit for the 1m.
My only comment about the leagues is: Warbands - Good idea, bad implementation. Don't gate content behind RNG (ie. Chaos bands). I like the warbands packs but running map after map looking for the chaos bands was a huge PITA. Tempest - Great idea for map mods, but really bad while leveling. Especially early levels. In maps, tempests were fun. If GGG is going to add them to map mods, will we know which ones we're getting or is it random? Some tempests I just skipped - the risk did not match the reward. Others were a don't care. |

No 8/8 for me this time :( have to work on it sooner next time and not assume I have more time for challenge leagues.

I dunno, I would prefer if the Warband feature allowed raider-type mobs to invade part of the maps in the act, even going as far as to being in Vaal Side Areas as well, adding even more of a challenge with a reward to beating them.
I know we already have rogue exiles, but what about raider groups like in Warbands? Wouldn't even have to be the Warbands themselves to be honest. The Normal difficulty groups wouldn't be very hard, knowing that the player has started out. But after beating Malachai for the first time, the groups get more organized, harder...and give more unique rewards... So by Merciless, they're about groups of 8 - 14, each having a speciality, and a chance to drop a unique. Warbands had 3 bands that specialized in a specific element. Pass that onto the Standard Raider Groups but only specify their element if you want to. The bosses of each raider group would have a possibility to have significantly more health as well, with unique skills from the tree, so it would be possible to face a Lifesteal specialist with tons of fire damage, or even a Equibilirist with all 3 elements, but no specialist in either one. On top of that, they could be wearing uniques and using them too. Not only would it make Standard more fun and less of a hassle, there would also be opportunities to get even rarer uniques than Mjolner? While also making it more fun for the endgame players as well. Anywho, that is my idea for this post, so tetta, farewell and have a good one. |

I'm sorry, but this is a really bad idea, the source of so many future RIPs on hardcore. Game engine sucks, especially when dealing with instantly loading props & mtx textures/effects for rogue exiles, as soon as the player opens a box. Those unique box resources are not included in the "loading screen" duration, and don't boast them as a "game feature", it just rips characters because of the flawed design. GGG, don't do this, unless you manage to fix the box issues first. Give them a random algo that's set into motion in the loading screen, together with the map tile layout randomizing, props/boxes/clickable spawn locations, etc. This would solve the issue, maybe increase the "loading screen" time, but players will be happier, and no box RIPs. Don't you get insane negative user feedback from players RIPing in the box loading sequence, due to screen-freeze and 0 fps drop? Last edited by CopiumTV#7421 on Sep 22, 2015, 4:01:32 AM

My biggest complain is about drop rates, now it's ridicously easy to get rarest Uniques, and this seems not an healthy thing for long time players, I hope they add some kind of content to motivate this change since the value of a t1 Drop it's nothing atm, without Eternal crafting what can a long time player do with currency?
