[3.2]Blink & Mirror Arrow Necromancer * Shaper down * Build of the Week * Deadeye version added*

Just a few things:

1. What would you say is the earliest you can start using the bow skills effectively?

2. Have you simed/tried Victario's with several additional auras? I would imagine that the addition of Haste and the three Purity auras with commander of darkness attack speed might be a viable option, even if it does cost you a 6L, though I can't say for certain...

3. Have you tried fitting in Animate Guardian with Leer Cast and Dying Breath for 33% more damage to your minions somehow?
So I came across this intriguing Blink/Mirror Arrow build on Reddit.

It takes advantage of self-cast Blirror Arrows' unusual synergy with Heartbound Loop's self-inflicted damage feature to trigger a myriad of interesting On-Hit effects, including a constant proc of Commandment of Reflection for a permanent third clone!

1. I have used the bow skills starting at level 24 (when you acquire Wrath). You can use a Storm Cloud or Roth's Reach all the way until you get a Lioneye's Glare. Bosses are no problem if you plan your links right. That said, using SRS requires less linked items and requires you to purchase 0 uniques, so it's what I'm recommending for newer players.

2. I saw someone else's version with Victario's. His 4L blink arrow was way stronger than my 6L minions. The downside is that you lose a chest with 600 ES and 100 life. However, you would probably have enough mana reservation to use Discipline Aura, so maybe I need to look into that item a little more...

3. The old version of my build had Animate Guardian. There was also a version involving Spectres with Bones of Ullr, and another version with golem + zombie meatshields. In the end, I settled on the current iteration because it requires the least micromanagement and allows for utilization of tanky rare items in basically every spot.

I remember seeing this build. Unfortunately he didn't use Necromancer; if he did, then he could rig up a permanent CWDT + Spirit Offering, for constant ES regen. I think it's a build that's worth exploring, although ES is a bit nerfed.

I'm really interested in the Victario's talk, because on PoE trade a 600ES 100 Maximum Life body armour simply doesn't exist (maximum I have seen is like 550ish ES with all resists but no life at all and it was going for a huge amount of chaos)

You could use any bow (even white) and Mirror Arrow - GMP - Minion Damage - Decay Support with Vulnerability for leveling. GMP doesn't reduce Decay damage anymore since it is not the projectile damage.
Thanks for the responses! I've since been playing around in the Sims with this build and I now have a couple more questions! Yay!

1. Crafting a Helmet with Essence of Horror for the 30% additional Elemental damage Suffix, with the potential of getting a +2 to the level of minion gems as well. Do you think that this combination would allow this 4L with Mirror Arrow + Minion Damage + Faster Attacks + Elemental Damage with Attacks Support to compete with a 6L on damage, especially if you go with the Victario's Chest as I suggested before, with Anger + Empower + Haste + Arctic Armor (no better aura here as far as I could get it to work, so make use of the mana reserve for more defense I guess) + Wrath + Enlighten? As a note, with a slightly altered tree, you can totally replace Clarity with Discipline in your ring, with all the above auras and be at 99% mana res with Victario's, to answer what you were wondering about when you responded to me. It does require you get the Aura node between Ranger and Shadow, and take the two 4% Mana res points in the Sovereignty node instead of the 1 Aura effect point, but you can do it.

I'm almost certain that this theoretical setup will allow for a great increase in damage, what with the extra 3-5 levels to your aura gems, but I may be missing something...

2. Bone Helmet intrinsic vs. Lab enchants. Do you think the 40% minion damage is better than the mirror arrow and Blink arrow lab enchants? Unsure how the 40% mirror arrow damage works in the math as in if it is additive or multiplicative with minion damage. The 30% CDR for Blink arrow is nice too...

No, the clones use only your bow and your quiver.
