[3.2]Blink & Mirror Arrow Necromancer * Shaper down * Build of the Week * Deadeye version added*
Haven't done all the math but I'm not convinced that chaos is better. Elemental equilibrium lets us put enemies at negative resists, and elemental auras let us take advantage of the WED support. Darkscorn is actually bad for us defensively, because incoming chaos damage bypasses Eldritch Battery/MoM and therefore lowers our effective health pool. Also, Null's Inclination should give you more chaos damage than Darkscorn.
However, you're welcome to give it a shot, let us know how it works if you decide to go through with it. I'm using a 1.73 AS Lioneye's Glare and have 20% minion attack speed on the tree. When I count the number of attacks my clones make before expiring, they only hit 9 times. Did something happen in the patch?

Damn, you're right. Even with 20% and a Soul strike (10% ias), I can't hit 10 attacks with my 1.73 aps lioneye's glare.
10 attacks / 5.7 sec is still possible, but you're going to need to use Flesh Offering in 2.1. Mirror Arrow Summoner: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1422529

The clones might not be getting the AS on the tree anymore. I don't have the regret orbs to test it.

My opinion on this build and what I've experienced so far playing it (Lv. 74):
Overall a solid build. You might wanna have an eye on your aura radius because it is essential for dealing dmg that your minions are actually affected by your auras. Enduring Cry is kinda sucky in the setup, because you taunt all enemies and end up dodging or getting it. Either way both hinders you summoning more clones or shoting Split Arrow to apply the curse(s) & EE. Roth's Reach is a nice and budget leveling bow until ~lv. 55. After that you start to feel the lack of dmg. Maybe consider to replace it until you can get a Lioneye's Glare with a decent elemental bow. I hate/hated the fact that that I had no other means of getting life back except from flasks. I tryed Life Gained On Hit with my Split Arrow setup (I'm only using one curse) and it helped me a little. Without AA physical damage can be quite a pain in the ass though with careful positioning and hiding behind your minions you can keep it to a minimum. The dmg once you get an Lioneye's glare is pretty nice. And the most I liked about this build is it's playstyle. So if you are looking for something new, something more exciting, something different than an Arc Witch, Sweep Marauder or some crit dagger Shadow try this (: IGN - Blackdepp

Hi again,
now with more HP and Shield it feels much better. It's my first char with I could jump on almost any boss and win. Slowly but surely. Only Valley spider kills me - there no room to hide ;) Thanks for build :) |

Are there any unique upgrades after lioneye's? Or just rare ones with even more dps?
I think it's quite nice but sometimes I just wish more dps. |

Hi, im fairly new to this game and i recently made a ranger and fell in love with these skills (blink arrow and mirror shot). I want to make this build (great guide, very friendly too a noob like me) and i was wondering if this build is 2.1 viable? are you in the process of updating this guide? thanks in advance.
Edit: I was also wondering if there was possible substitute to raise zombies? I just personally hate the aesthetics of zombies and would like to use something else, but if need be will stick it out with zombies. Last edited by DeeVee_X_Naix#2368 on Dec 23, 2015, 1:32:37 AM

I have some questions about that build: if I spend points in tree on minions dmg can't see any upgrades in mirror arrow tooltip. Same for minion dmg gem, tooltip says " +34% minion dmg" but numbers not increase.

You should read the guide, really. Dariidar has the answers for all your questions in his first post.
Tooltip of Blink / Mirror Arrow doesn't show DPS of your minions, it shows DPS of the arrow itself only. You may notice that the arrow does a bit damage on landing and then summon a clone. It is that you see in tooltip. There is no way to see real DPS of your minions in the game right now. It is why topic starter made a calculator, you can find it in the first post.
