Yes you can.

Lightning damage and WED are Prefixes.
Attack speed and +2 range are suffixes.

Level 79, 14.7k tooltip without frenzy's and about 30k with 9 frenzy charges

Thanks, so for you, about double. Oh well. I was thinking of making a version of this build that didn't use frenzy charges at all (to get around the penalty on Hyaon's) but it seems like that wouldn't put out enough damage. Oh well. Thanks!

And what jewel you advise for this build ?

This a good build for doing all the challenges in the 1 month league? Or should I do the basic 2H cyclone instead

I'm currently playing another build also using Hyaon's (with Reave) and am not sure how to use Blood Rage without dying a lot. With no leech from Blood Rage (I use Warlord's Mark but still) and only 2% life regeneration it seems quite suicidal, but I'd really like to use boots other than Blood Dance in my build. Any advice? Hit Frenzy a couple of times every ten seconds, switch out Warlord's for Poacher's or...?

What kind of Jewels are used for this build?

I've been using the static electricity jewel for levelling which is pretty good!
