Funny, I must have missed the part in the patch notes about BUSTING LOOT FILTERS!!!!

Great patch, especially the map-drop fix, however all of my friends have quit PoE 2-3 weeks ago and I got hooked on another game in the meanwhile.
I guess I'll see you guys on the next temp-league, maybe, we'll see... |

So I been playing a build I made with the Whispering Ice Staff .... was this intended to be a nerf? Because it sure feels like a big one, at least on how I am playing and using the staff. I am confused on how they worded it. Kind of disappointed now, as I invested a ton of time making this build work and sunk a ton of currency into it to have what feels like Ice Storm doing about half of what it did before. The radius even feels smaller, there seems to be less ice particles and doesn't seem to last as long.
This all intended, am I seeing it wrong? I mean I didn't feel it was OP to begin with the way it was. |

The bug has been fixed where the Scion's forearms disappear while using Doryani's Fist; however, the Scion's forearms will still continue to disappear while fisting Doryani.

It's a nice update, but the DISCHARGE thing maybe for me is not the best option, See all colors let u know that ur are using all charges, and it looks awesome too.
