Fast clearspeed + flask duration nodes/item bonus = 90% of time I am with Taste of Hate (same phys dmg mitigation as coil), but also i have 8.2k life pool from Kaom that gives me survivability against elemental dmg.
You can use coil, but then u need more expensive gear I don't think that it is really better then Kaom. But anyway its also very strong setup. p.s. Phase acro - can protect u only from berarers. I do not see another useful purpose. If I am right spells from megaera and dominus misses at all (30%) or each of projectile hit you (70%). You can dodge some flameblast/stormcalls from exiles but they aren't danger anyway... p.p.s. Haven't problems on T12-T15 maps. Farm all bosses except T15. Rarely skip some bosses on T12-T14, depends on mods (like TC + chill + vulnerability + some damage mods on Excavation). profile was set to private cause i removed most of gear and changed the tree for another build. Wait few days, i think at weekends i'll create an updated guide.
