Hey,
Thanks for sharing, didn't know that whispering ice trick ^^ Actually i've leveled a dual flametotem then headed for curses nodes (+1 curse and all +curses effect), playing with 2 doedre's ring i'm quadcursing with 2 ball lightning setup (don't have 6L on that toon). Juste a little question (didn't read the other linked post, sorry if already answered there, i'm tired and going to bed :p ) : did you test Dying Breath staff ? I've been using that staff on a previous aurabot/multy curse caracter, and since then i can't play support without it... Don't be wrong, i do understand the benefit of the whispering ice (1 cast + switch for all 6 curses and "6L" with a 5L/6s) but i was wondering about pure effectiveness : you got +18% effect of curses on nearby mobs (range is "100" since 2.0), +18% damage for nearby allies and +18% of effect of auras you cast... All together that seems to me more important than the +24% quality of enhance lvl4 (+12% chance to grant each charge, 12% less crits/accuracy/... oh my now i'm asking i understant that it's also 12% improve curse effect through CoH..) Ok then, should be same effectiveness of curses with the 2 staffs ? But still have to add +allies damage/auras effectiveness... If you didn't test/got answer, at least it's a very very cheap staff before affording dual whispering/dual enhance lvl3... Damn you, know i'm thinking about playing double dying breath 6L ! :D |

" 6l Dying breath is interesting but I don't really wanna invest in that just to check it out :P I think whispering ice is the best way to apply 5 curses or more without a doubt. Also dying breath doesn't have the +1 support gems which is pretty invaluable. |

Maybe u can use dying 5l or just 4l with one ice staff, u got the chill and +1 support from ice and curse/auras effect from dying. But to be honest I test the sawp weapons with a 6l staf I found, and I feel bit annoying.

I like the idea of using weapon swap. I guess a con is you can't level gems you're not using.
I think you should be using whispering to proc a long ice storm and then dying breath in swap to add curse effect. Not sure about vaal haste + vaal grace. I'd think just having one vaal grace so it fills up faster would be better. Also why did you choose offensive auras instead of defensive ones like the purities, determination, grace, or even vitality? I feel like most builds already run the offensive auras they need, and if your goal is to prevent people from dying, wouldn't defensive auras be better? All my builds /view-thread/1430399
