Yeah, you're right :P That's why i cannot say it's better than BoR Soul Aegis !
I'm myself a user of Aegis, and i have to say, each of those builds are great in a different way.

Maybe you could try and differentiate the build from aegis even more by focusing on life regen and leech?

I'm already focused a lot on life regen in my tree, and for the life leech, i could try to add more leech from gear (will be hard), or simply by adding on counter attack skills the life leech support for always more sustain.

We seem to share very similar taste in builds, since I have also been preaching the strengths of WOE BOR and Soul BOR Aegis and have both of those builds myself.

Yeah, it's nice to be able to share our opinions and ideas about those epic block builds, we feel like gods among the chaos :)

I have a new dilema for you guys, in a stun build should we go with the typical one hand mace with high damage and stun threshold or find a perfect callinelus malleus (the new unique mace with 25% stun threshold, but it has kind of a max of 190-290 min/max damage cap. for example i have a mace that has 211-314 damage and I dont know what to do!)

Yes, like you've said, i'm locking all the gems at lvl 1 with cast when dmg taken, to be sure to cast the linked spells the most possible. Because the less damages are needed to be taken, and the more i can cast Blood rage / Enfeeble / Tempest shield.

For the bandits, Oak in Normal, Kraytin in Cruel (the +8% AS is nice when you have the anvil !), and the skill point in merciless.

The char is lvl 90 now, so new tree : i have decided to play with unwavering stance now.
