[2.4] zSavage's Life Based Crit Mjolner ('Savagenuke') [Juggernaut]

I got bored with Proph and respecced a juggernaut in stnd and have been having a blast. I had everything already except Voll's which I bought about a week ago.
Thanks for the build!

Just hit 94.

Current life total is 6,617.

I've gotten a few new jewels, and boosted my INT so I'll be able to drop my current volls for one with a corrupted implicit. I also swapped the craft on my shield from block chance to STR for more damage and life.

Last two levels have gone into witch spell damage nodes. I haven't really felt the need for more life so I've just been speccing damage.

Things I can do to continue to push the character:
1) Gear upgrades (I have a new pair of gloves coming in from Prophecy).
2) Hitting useful Helm Enchant.
3) 21/20 gems where appropriate.

Now that the patch notes are out, I'm thinking about whether or not I'll have to change anything....

Bump. Reworking for 2.4, mostly after patch. Hopefully we'll get word on the final internal cooldown per spell of Mjolner soon!

Let me know if you have any ideas or concerns; the faster we (as the creator and users of the build) get this back up after the patch the better. :)

Thanks for not abandoning us like some of the other people with builds that may or may not be totaled.

Been doing some testing.

Current best seeming setup:
1. Divine your Mjolner.
2. Still run discharge and arc.
3. Drop one PC on the tree and grab more spell damage.

Build seems just as tanky as before, but DPS feels a lot lower. I was still able to easily facetank map bosses in corrupted t12 maps though.

Update: I am now using only Discharge in Mjolner. It does a lot more damage than discharge + arc (I think it wasn't triggering fast enough with just arc).

I've tested a variety of support setups, including Conc Effect/Inc AoE/Controlled Dest + Fire Pen, and Iron Will + Fire Pen. I've found that Iron Will gives me more DPS than any of those blue supports.

With this in mind, and the above testing:
1. Roll Mjolner to BRR
2. Run Discharge + Iron Will + Fire Pen
3. Dropped last extra PC from tree (with trailing INT nodes), grabbed last witch 16% spell damage node, 5% life, and +20 int and mana notable from Duelist with the 4 points.

Nope. The endurance charge generation works quite well and the massive accuracy increase allows playing a spell crit build (no need of RT).

With the 3 PCs I currently have, with a 3 PC discharge, I have a 1-(3/4)^3 chance of getting full endurance charges, which is a 57.8% chance. So I still have max endurance charges most of the time.
