My question is more about balancing this support gem, which is used 0.00% in builds. Just compare this support gem to Energy Leech Support gem.

Supported Skills deal 0.5% increased Damage while Leeching Life
Supported Skills have (2-3.9)% of Damage Leeched as Life

Energy Leech Support
Supported Skills deal 0.5% increased Damage while Leeching Energy Shield
Supported Skills have (1.5-1.9)% of Damage Leeched as Energy Shield
Supported Skills deal (12-24)% more Damage while on Full Energy Shield
Supported Skills deal (20-39)% more Damage while Leeching Energy Shield

And my question is to the devs: When will this support gem get a buff that provides damage while on full life and damage while leeching? The same as Energy Leech Support. Any support gem should grant some damage boost to be used in the meta.

Life Leech, LGOH, Mana Leech, etc seem to have been forgotten about and left to die. Nobody will use a support gem that doesn't do something for damage. At least give them the same treatment that Fortify received.
