Sorry QCD, but I reread your posts and you directly mention this chest and in another post say this chest itself will roll a much higher higher because its bracket was buffed. The website makes it very clear that the studded affix was not buffed at all. Seeing as how it was YOU who requested WE apologize after you posted the video, not the OP like i thought, the high horse belonged to you. Dont backstep now.

The funny thing is this troll said he sold the item but it still says "Verified" which means its still in his inventory.
