My tree looks very similar but I'm using incinerate totems suported by ray of splinters Jewel.
Level 19 gems an i have 8k tooltip on single totem in hideout. Totem reaches max stage in around 1s when each has 200% more dmg (24k) Incinerate + faster proj + faster casting + iron will + Fire pen + spell totem.
