I'll try to be terse.
- PA damage is too high - EA overlapped explosion dmg is way too high - any crit dmg is too high - Tempest shield cool-down is too low - Fragile bloom should be retroactively limited to 1 - DoT effects like bleed and burn need duration buff There are no pvp builds diversity in temp league, EA overlapped explosions restrict you to use only ranged attacks or spells, PA makes high regen or CI mandatory. pvp balance feels completely broken, like it was prior to 1.3 Last edited by EFBBBF#6521 on Jul 31, 2015, 9:52:45 AM

Good list honestly, it sums up the only current PvP issues except mines/traps. Fragile bloom is something I didn't consider but ya its very abuseable. Burn and bleed durations I'm torn on, I feel they aren't so bad. Big hits can still really ruin you at current duration. PA I can see how jewels and slower proj changes could ramp this up and really hurt low regen low chaos resist players and non ci es users. Still strongly feel PA isnt on the same level of importance as EA though. Everyone agrees its bullshit by now even ppl that downplay everything that's broken have started to come clean.
