They actually let the way it so players can see the mtx skill effects, but there's no point when we rather not join a party coz there's a lot of shit going on.

If players want effect they can simply see it in the shop preview or youtube videos.

Well i love to see others effect as well as mine but when top GPU still lag as well as old GPU means that something in optimization IS broken, and on/off options would be great until they build some solution

100% agree, i have GTX 960 and have the same issue.
would be great to turn off those ground/player skill effects.
reduce particle density clutter in options please. ggg seems to be too busy getting new content out rather that dealing with these performance issues.

I like new content but I prefer them to fix the optimization before release new/more things.
