Atziri keeps HARDcrashing.

So i don't really have any issues with other games, my pc works rly fine. Even poe worked rly fine, before 2.0, but since then it ALWAYS crashes at least 2 times during the atziri queen fight. mostly when changing phase. it's super annoying.


It will rather just DC or hardcrash with event 1000 application error logged in event logger:

Support told me that " your video card driver is several month old"
while it's the 353.45....

Also i would mention after killing atziri, it won't crash anymore on the map :D

I can only recommend you to NOT click on Atziri (don't even hold your mouse over her) while she is transforming from the quadform to her normal form. Then the game should not crash anymore.

if your client crashes it creates 2 dump files (containing your info above) in your game install folder which are uploaded to ggg the next time you start your client. (it starts the crashuploader.exe which takes care of the uploading).

what's probably useful is the exact steps to reproduce the error. so that it crashes if you click on her in the changing phase is probably helpful.

regarding bumping the the thread: ggg won't react on bug reports, they just notice them. it's a shame that devs don't maintain the "known bugs" thread anymore like they did in closed beta. would be helpful but it's too much work obviously.
