Does infractem + thiefs torment work for this build?

Infractem + thief torment is really the poor man choice. You'd be much better with a proper bow and two rings.

If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch. Hey man I'm l38 so far following this build. Absolutely love it. Using tabula rasa until I hit l60. I've got lightning coil, rats nest, and the death harp bow so far. Working on saving up for maligaro and the boots. I was wondering if there was a specific arrow quiver and amulet that you'd recommend.

Build guide updated for 2.1
In 2.1 Split Arrow has received a slight nerf due to: The number of additional arrows that Split Arrow grants at level 20 has been reduced from 8 to 6. It still starts at four additional arrows at level 1, with the levels in between interpolated. While this does affect the build, Split Arrow should still remain as one of the best bow skills out there. It was nerfed because it was by far the strongest before.
