 Hey everyone, I go by blasting cap and you may know me from streaming Atziri sets using shatterchuck in 1.2.4 and 1.3. I started the Circe project a few days after the shotgun removal news. Planning out the best setups, and ideas possible so I could be prepared. Circe is a lowlife bloodmagic cast on crit witch, using extremely high end gear to produce some of the best clear speed and damage in the game today.

Video should be public man, and dual voids i think is just too squishy now. It's pretty much wand and shield nowadays.
Get a high critchance wand with decent spell dmg, like wise on shield with a good chunk of es/resists and you're good to go. Only thing required for this build is a shavs now. |

Looks like tree can be optimised a bit. You can make up lost stats with 3 additional jewel slots. Left - yours, right - optimised.
