Not hard to play but it's quite hard to get item required to fully use this build especially since 15% Bringer of Rain makes the difference and it's a legacy item.

Is it worth it to run enfeeble instead of warlords if im using 3x reckless defence?

Yes, if you have mana and life leech in other forms.
