That happens. With my new pssive skill tree i get 35 k armor with flask up (havent posted it yet). Couple that with chaos golem, fortify, and endurance charges, youve got a lot of mitigation. still, high phys damage hurts now. i died last night to the Village Ruin boss. map had vulnerability and monster damage, and he just one shot me through my armor flask and fortify. so no, this build is not death proof. Physical damage is just so dangerous now, and since immortall call is not what it used to be, you are always at the risk of dying. max block aegis builds are probably the safest builds you can do at the moment, due to the damage of mobs
