I am using the life/armour variant of this build and struggling with zatziri :/ mainly on the trio. Sitting on 5100 life and 14k armour. Not sure if it is because I am bad or my gear is not up to par.

Well personally I'm obsessed with having +3 ESoH on all my jewels. However, despite not having perfectly rolled MODs on that jewel, you have THREE useful MODs. That alone is worth the YOLO Exalted on it for a possible quality jewel.

Gear setup seems ok, though lacking level 21 auras and Void +1 will always have an impact. Also, did you have to pick up a STR node?
Having your stats in mind, I'll assume that you're referring to Uber Atziri. You should still be able to do Alluring Abyss, as with your stats and aura gems, the only two things that can one-shot you are Vaal Duo Slam and Atziri's Flameblast. That said, Trio can be tricky since we're melee ofc. Fire resistance plays a part. Chaos resistance too, as they can burst you down sometimes if you facetank all three of them/stand in degen ground etc.
You can watch the Uber Guide I posted on YouTube for some tips on the Trio fight, even though it was made for the MoM/EB version. In short:
1. Get some Chaos res gear. I found that my life became so much easier, and more facetank-ish vs. the Trio after I got to 40-60% Chaos Res, at the cost of LightRes and all other stats remaining virtually the same.
2. Dropping Blood Rage for the fight might help you since Life Regen plays a part in this fight due to all the degen crap going on.
3. If you drop Bloor Rage for trio, use Discipline instead of PoL. No L.Dmg in this fight.
4. If you use the flask setup from your post, you could benefit from tweaking your flask setup on Trio. See my Uber Guide video for the flasks on Trio (flasks are shown while I'm clearing trash between Vaal and Trio).

No just regular atziri :/ I always get stomped by the dual striker on the trio, everything else is easy. Blood rage is in my gem slot but I do not use it honestly, it is just there because I tried it once lol. I hate the fact that I can only run 2 auras and have slightly enough mana for a 3rd, but just can not do it. Can not afford +1 voidbringer sadly, or lvl 21 auras.

So I am gonna try something new

I will setup CWDT + warlords mark and IC

since i need both lvl 21 auras and +1 voidbringer gloves to get that extra 1% max res, i will just ditch them for atziri's acuitiy which will give me both life high armour, as well as the ability to insta leech what warlords mark will be giving me

Immortal Call is a must for trio tbh, that's most likely why you are failing. I don't even have a 6link and did it deathless on first try with this build.. Also get a curse immune flask instead of 3 bleed removal.

Hi! I have all the core items to start the build and i have some questions.
- Should i start with the armour version and go for the MoM version on very high lvl?
- Any tips on leveling new char for this build so i use the least amount of regrets?

I really want to go mom/es/eb build and I have all the jewels and leg mjoln+6l kingsguard+voll's devotion...

but I can't afford a +1 voidbringer.

How much of a difference is this?

Also what's more important on the saffell's? The spell damage or the spell block %?

You have to pick up more Reduced Mana reserved nodes from the tree if you don't have Enlighten 4 or Void+1 + Enlighten 3, then you'll be able to run 3 auras.

Depends on your budget mainly. The arbitrary 'level requirement' that we've set is 95, but that is only so that the build can work close to 100% (at the cost of some Armor). So your level isn't really an issue. Say, you're level 92 but have a decent budget and you can invest in all the required items/jewels, you can go MoM/EB right away.
That said, I've leveled to 100 using the Armor Life version just fine, did Uber and all that jazz. Armor Life is very much end-game viable, however, MoM/EB further improves on that by providing additional 1k+ life, more tankiness, more leech, all of which is invaluable in the very-end game such as Uber and 82 maps with nasty MODs.

Assuming you have level 21 Purity gems, you'll sit at 97% resistance vs. 99% with Void +1 so it is a notable difference. Your Grace will take a hit too, so you'll have a bit less Armor but that won't have such a huge impact.
That said, if you have everything else (gear, gems, ES on Hit jewels) just go for MoM/EB anyway. Additional 1k ES that serves as your second life pool (supported by ES on Hit jewels) and 30% mitigation from MoM are both bound to be a big improvement over the Armor Life build.
