How do you manage to proc Curse on Hit and get your power charges now that you've dropped Ice Herald?

IS Iron Reflexes reall worth it , you exchange like 5% armour for 20% Evade ?

" I can't remember the exact numbers but Iron Reflexes added 15%? estimated physical damage reduction. I would say that it is worth it for the points as 15% is made so much more worthwhile with Fortify and Arctic Armour. |

Hypothetically, If you were using a Bringer of Rain, and a Soul Taker, what would you run besides Blood Magic for a support? Hypothermia, Inc Crit, or Inc Crit Dmg? Maybe even Added Fire Damage? Ive heard that Added Fire applies to the elemental portion as well as the initial hit.
