" It's more like: 10k tooltip x 400% x 2 Totems. Incinerate is getting 100% more Dmg for each Stage. Base Stage + 3 additional Stages = 400% So if u tooltip hits 12,5k u got 100k dmg. Damage is calculated without any curses, without celestial punishment " 4,2k x 400% x 2 = 33,6k Dmg... The damage scales pretty much with Incinerate Level, anger, hot, hoi. The other big source is our wand. Flat damage and SpellDmg and Cast Speed give's a heavy dps boost. Last but not least our links: Spelltotem - Incinerate - Faster Cast - Faster Projectiles are our Standard Links With Slower Projectiles we get a pretty big Dmg Boost. So we need enough Projectile Speed for decent clearing speed. For bosses we swap faster projectiles with slower projectiles Shotgunning was removed. So even if all jet makes contact with some enemies it doens't increase our damage. But if atleast 1 jet from each totem hit we get the full damage. " Your gear is pretty solid, but u don't need the chance to ignite. better buy Three dragons. Since we got 10% to shock its better for this build. Our Ignite Damage is very small. I would suggest ya using Wands and looking for some Projectile Speed so u can use Slower Projectiles or Culling Strike later. Both got higher Dmg then Faster projectiles. But its ofc not needed. " I've started a new League with this Char so i got nothing too. This build is pretty cheap. All u need is a 5L body Armor (costs 3c) and 2 Jewel: Rain of Splinters (bad one costs 1-2c) ; Spire of Stone (1c) >>> it's ok if u buy Spire of Stone later, but Rain of Splinters give's us higher Clearspeed without using lesser mutlitply Projectiles (LMP). And even without a 5L or the 2 Jewels it's a pretty solid starter build, but at your current Level FlameTotem maybe better. The gems u need all cost about 1 alc or less. Okay I have a bit of time to share where I'm at.
Passive Tree Gear

In the tree I'm rolling down to the projectile damage (it helps a good deal), but it's primarily for the jewel socket for another % totem % fire jewel. Maybe some FCR if I can get a gem with those values. Due to my gem requirements I inserted a Fluid Motion jewel to pickup additional dexterity. Additionally I dropped unrelenting (HP / reduced mana cost of skills) as the mana requirements for the skills are anything but serious and the tree build has plenty of %Mana Regen. Windscream to cast both Flammability and Projectile Weakness which are 4L with CoC and Firestorm. I think currently I'm lacking in the weapon department. Hrimnor's Resolve has received a significant upgrade in 2.0 and is now a very viable gear for this build. In giving up my alpha howl, I can no longer support HoT, but dps is the same w/ 2 aura+HR, and 500 plus AR. I have a back up weapon w/ one wand and Lioneye's remorse, my armor rating is now 3600+, a lot tankier.
