You can't have too much physmitigation trust me.
The % shown in the tooltip is bullshit and not really true, since armour has diminishing returns.
I dropped the golems entirely, becuase even with lvl 23 (empower) they die way to often and resummoning sucks.
You can use all golems, I would prefer fire or chaos, but you can use ice too.

Dont use the estimate reduction, between 52k armor and 62k you can either get one shot by malachai or not. (if you dont use taste of hate, i tried)

For golem just use a level 1 cwdt for the chaos golem one. he will be constantly recasted and will grant you the phys reduc.

It will be the same for Uber Atziri, The Armor version of Mjolner will be probably the best.The only scary thing is Spear and this version will tank it 100%.

In new league atleast, cause in STD Acuity + legacy coil and very very high light res will be probably at the same level for Phys mitigation.

Good Idea, I wont sub out enfeeble with Codt for trash it simply makes me unkillable, but for bosses with big hits like mala I might sub in chaos.

For the record though with a minion life gem and corrupted empower +3 levels you can get over 20k life with it, and it stays alive for a little while (for atziri its long enough for you to recast during the phase transitions and it even absorbs some big hits for you.
I have to ask, how to you know when to pop flasks on malachai, there are so many friging explosions running that I cant tell when to use them, I can hardly even see malachai (not from fps lag, just effect particles everywhere)

I think its easy too see tbh.
After doing him 2~3 times you know what he does.
Maybe ot helps that I play Mjölner so long..that I can spot small stuff between all the eyecancer.

Btw. for all people who want to know how physical damage is mitigated, how the mitigation chain works here is an explanation:

Lightning Coil; Taste of Hate -> Armour; Endurance Charges -> Fortify.

Assuming a 7.5k pure phys. Hit (Malachai Smash; using my Armour numbers):

Taste of Hate first: 7500*0,3 = 2250 damage mitigated WITH 100 Cold Resistance.
We only have 88 with Taste up so: 2250*0,88 = 1980 damage mitigated and 270 damage taken as Cold.

-> 5250 pure phys. damage after Taste:

I have 20758 Armour in my current Setup. The Armour Reduction% Formula is:
Armour/ (Armour+(10*RawDmg))

So:
20758/(20758+(10*5250)) = ~0.28 -> 28% reduction through Armour.
As follows: 5250*0,72 = 3780 phys. damage taken after Armour (no Endurance Charges!)

After Armour our Fortify Buff kicks in with flat 20% damage reduction:
3780*0,8 = 3024 Damage taken of a 7500 pure Physical Hit.

With the Cold damage of the Flask: 3294 Damage take from the smash.

But wait! How do you have near 2K HP left with 4.5k HP if the damage is 3294?
Well first the 7500 damage smash is rounded up. It could be around 7K or so.
Second I had a few endurance charges up, which are added additivly to the armour reduction.

So lets see:
Assmuming 3 Endurancecharges only: 12%extra physical mitigation

28% (from Armour) + 12% (Endu.-Charges) = 40% mitigation
5250*0,6 = 3150 damage
with Fortify:
3150*0,8 = 2520 damage
2520+270(Colddamage left from Taste of Hate) = 2790 damage taken.

4500-2790 = 1710HP left after Malachai Smash.

So as you can see the Smash of Malachai deals around 7~7.5K physical Damage.
Hope that helps for people, who don't understand how Mitigationlayers work.

Edit: I just saw that Soul of Steel Cluster gives us another 4% phys. Reduction..thats not included in my math up there, so we would take even less damage then I calculated.

Enfeeble is extremely strong too. For Atziri a Spell Totem + Enfeeble will be probably the best.

Or again a CWDT setup too. I use both the golem and enfeeble in same setup

And Yes thats why i said Taste of Hate is so strong, the reduction it give is insane, This + a lightning coil with Uber would be extremely easy too. But the Full armor version + Kingsguard is really strong too. The only thing is with Taste of Hate is that you don't have Surgeon on it :p :p

if i use the new EB, would bloodrage degen take the maximum percentage of the ES that covers my mana (apart from taking 4% of max hp) and deal physical DoT to my health? And, how do you sustain mana...will speccing into EB help?
You sustain mana by getting the node that give either +2 for each attack hit (Molten Strike op :p)

or you take a jewels that give +2 mana when atk hit...

EB maybe good if you want an aura like HoT or AA but well... dunno if thats usefull. or just get 6l and use BM
Not that I find EB a viable solution, as it's too far point-wise, but mana does seem to be a bit of an issue. I constantly run out of mana. Not to the point where it becomes unplayable, but I do have to strategize slightly. Almost seems like the +Mana on hit gem and the +Mana on hit node(s) are mandatory. Any thoughts?

Molten Strike must be lvl 1.

the mana multiplier from all these supprot gem must hurt for sure :p

and yeah you eiter get jewels mana on hit or the node.
