I never play with sound, like the op Id rather listen to music or nothing at all so I can visually focus on whats going on. That being said, I'm with everyone else I like the idea of hearing item drops. Especially with the implementation of filters we can control what we see and what we'd hear.

+1, it would be amazing :) Like many others, I love playing with my own music (or talking with people on Skype), but would love to have loot filter controlling the drop sounds, so I don't miss things because of that :)
