Y'know, The Awakening, with deterministic lockstep, could be what brings back those old account holders. Stripping them of their names (with such short notice) might not be the best way to retain them. I would've suggested an email to all accounts with at least a week's notice. (this monday) wich gives interested ex-players the chance to follow the news until release if they're still interested in poe.
