How can this be unfair?
1. This is a free game, you don't have to buy anything in order to compete. 2. Yes, there is an advantage for beta players, however that does not guarantee anything. I have Beta access but I can't race. If you want you can just buy the beta access and practice for 4 days. I don't see the problem and I am actually tired of people complaining. Consider this: You don't own a laptop. GGG offers you one for free if, and only if, you can complete their challenge. If you don't want to you don't have too partake in the challenge. Now, what gives anyone the right to complain? It is a game, made to entertain people! If you are playing, like me, just for the fun then you can't lose. I for one is hyped to the maximum! For the Release, the Beta and for the computer-race. Really great of Alienware to give away these nice machines. Peace & Love! |

Entrance to the giveaway should be for anyone that solo-kills the end boss within 2 weeks of the first kill.
Rewarding no-lifers simply isn't proper. |

awesome prize however, i feel like it should have been rewarded to the 50th and 100th (or some random numbers) people to beat act 4 boss solo without being able to farm the boss (only 1st kill counts). that way its not the 1% of poe players who, lets face it, already have better gaming rigs and better internet win the prize. if it was 2 random numbers it would be much more fair to the rest of us who do things other than play poe.

Even if i had the time I don't have snowflake in hell to win. With some kind of a draw i might have had a chance and not 0%.

I'm all for fairness and fill the same way as many have stated, I myself will be at work so that kinda takes me out of the loop. It would be cool (If Possible) that the contest would last for a given time period such as a couple of weeks or more that would allow many to complete the task. Then (If Possible) pull the data from the servers that shows the least amount of time played with the killing of the boss and boom their you have your winners.
