depending on your max mana, you'll have around 45 mana left with 2 heralds and wrath if you use alphas. about 70ish if you get the -mana reserve nodes near ranger start without alphas

I'm running Wrath + HoL. When I try to use HoI too I land up on 0 mana. I don't have enligthen or any mana passives or gear. So I'd say it's possible with some reduced mana passives and enlighten but it's hard.

I had no issues running 2 Heralds and Wrath, but I did have Enlighten. Even 2 was enough, but 3 helped avoid the random OOM (I did carry an instant mana potion, just in case of desync).

what is the better skilltree ranger or duelist?

do u have to have crit on gear?

is it hc really viable with self-found?

also what should i use leveling?

Budget is semi-high since you need a Gemini Claw for end-game (but you can also just Alch them all until you get something decent), but getting Doryani's Catalyst as Self-found is a bit of a problem. The rest is possible given enough time.

Tree should be a Ranger, no question. I had just 30% Crit on one ring and the crit on the head and Catalyst, nothing else - but my gear was from beta, so partially self-found. It is HC viable with great gear, less so without.

And Reave levels as... Reave :).
Well, once you get Multistrike. I used Split Arrow Elemental Archer style to level.

Relentless Fury. But it's not even close. Also, Catalyst isn't that bad.
