From the second bullet point in the OP: "Area Damage Modifiers and Tooltip Damage - For those new to CA, they will not show up on the tooltip chaos damage/s calculation. But they do factor in. So don't be afraid when you slot in conc effect and see no change: it's happening, but it's a known "bug" that it doesn't show up on tooltip."

Use the calculator in the tools section to calculate out the 'actual' cloud DPS with Conc equipped.

I don't have a set plan or strategy I follow for a new league, so I'm not sure the best way to recommend leveling your masters or in what order. I just try to rush Tora to level 7 so I can have four masters as soon as possible.

It's entirely dependent on what your strategy is.

Like Chrono said, if your goal is to craft your own bow, you'll definitely want Catarina level 8, however Tora is not a requirement. You need the "cannot roll attack mods" from Catarina, and the multimod from Elreon if you want to roll a dual res bow, but it's Leo that you need (he's free, doesn't take up a slot) to craft the DoT mod.

If your goal is profit, you want Elreon and Vagan.

If your goal is to have a solid mix of things you can craft on your gear to improve items you buy or find to fit the res balance needs, you want Elreon, Haku and Tora.

My personal recommendation is Elreon, Vagan for profit / jewelry crafting, and then level Haku to 6 (for his highest tier resistance) and swap him out for Zana once you find her, and Catarina for the last slot once you get a large hideout.

Crafting your own bows is great, but my strategy has always been finding someone else to master craft for me, and running Elreon, Zana, Vorici, and Vagan. It is surprisingly easy to find someone to master craft in new leagues, because it is very profitable for them, as almost everyone will tip generously for not having to level a master to 8.

Any suggestions to use Divination Distillate with this build?
And to those who played different MF builds or know, how do u think which one better MF build to start on a new league (easy stacking MF, good clearspeed):
1. Scion CA (this build)
2. BW (not sure with a class)
3. Dual flame totem MF
4. Tri-curse miner/trapper MF Occultist (just an idea, dont know who easy its gonna be to stack MF and dont know if the clear speed are at least the same as CA)

I just straight up buy a +3 6L now, don't even bother mastercrafting.

In addition to this, i've seen old poe videos where ppl use multibox/multiaccount for dom farms. Yeah, i know multibox allowed until u dont controll all characters the same input (am i wrong?), but if use this technics on bosses, is it worth it even to bother with addition characters?
