I highly doubt the flat dmg on wands is gonna be this high though... this has more than double max damage than a lvl 20 anger aura. Can you imagine how much that will be elemental dmg passives?

although i'm guessing weapon elemental dmg won't work with unarmed or does it? coz if it does then its just disgusting :D

At least Unarmed is a thing from 16+, though investment into physical damage while leveling would need to be respec'd.
