Krillson, Master fisherman With photos

Today in the 1MSC I came across Krillson, Master fisherman. Unfortunately i didn't have a fishing rod so I couldn't start his mission's. Has anyone ever completed one of his missions?
I found him in a mine map with 30%phys reduction and 35% more magic monsters Intro
