no. this is the best thing ever happening to standart.
because it means that some builds arent gated to people who happend to buy them before they got nerved.
most of them are pretty much unobtainable for alot of people. you cant get those self found, and you cant get them if you arent filthy rich. and even if you're filthy rich you still have to find someone who is willing to sell it to you lol

I mean... i JUST finished a COC AB IS character and i mean to be quite honest.... it almost wasnt fair just how much damage i was putting out through shotgunning with SELF FOUND investment!

It sucks that such a new build is being nerfed but i assume its for the greater good!

Guess that toon has enough lvls now to respec into some new coming with the changes!

Change is good and with all the other coming changes to the meta i wouldnt be suprised is ALOT of these OP builds we have all been running gets to take the most use of the respec!

And for the record to the GAME is DEAD dude......My RF Facebreaker Cycloner Will have to dissagree with that! RF NEVER has and NEVER will be dead!

Neither spectral throw nor tornado shot have shotgun anyway. Incinerate will still do around 20-25k elemental dps with current damage and current gmp with ok gear and no RF. No, you probably aren't going to get the 100-125k single target dps you were getting before :'(

You are almost as bad as the people complaining that this is going to ruin EK, a skill that hasn't had shotgun since it was being internally created. It has never had shotgun in any actual release of the game.

It only hurts the normal players, who won't even come up to 10k dps. But this is GGG we're talking about, as always they punish the majority of players just because some few individuals found ways to break the game.

always feels good to read what the pros think who already read all the patchnotes and have already played the 2.0 version to an extend to make those assumtions.

Come on, think out of the box. This change is huge!

If EB now protects mana in a way it did with life before, then it is insanely strong combined with GR. Think of a low-life char. He reserves almost all of his life and uses energy shield instead of life.
Now adapt this concept to mana with the new EB. You can reserve all of your mana and still use energy shield to cast your spells. In addition you can still use MoM because your energy shield is still there even without "real" mana.

^ is right even if i didnt read what he quoted just look at the first post about streamers getting access before others

GGG just hurts normal players in the end... on most things they do since its all for streamers/racers lol
