Why are the badasses of this game getting shafted harder than piety?

Good for Righteous Fire(LLD RF build?) and Zealot's Oath. Maybe a bit overpowered.

Same in d2. Mage set armor is far more valuable than its helm and weapon.

Tank and RF builds gonna love the shaper's seed.

gonna be so hard to decide on builds to make if the unique items are all this good.

I was thinking about doing CI zealot oath something next and this amulet solves one of the biggest problems for that build getting % health regen.
