Antnee's Classy Item Filter for Distinguished Exiles - 3.0

After several days of testing different setting with your filter as a base, the best way imo for rare "bad base" ilvl75 is to just show your "hide" block :p

Yellow text with transparency feets well the "classic" theme of the game !

So for people that just wants to change that part :
-edit filter with filtration
-turn on "show advanced blocks" (filters menu : second from righ button groups)
-in the "block group brower" (right side pannel or show it in view menu) expand Rares and check back "low level bases in map"
-save & reload filter ingame

For the map specific theme items, they got values and may be shown. If you don't know how yet, you could just put a distinct block in right place and let people show them the way they wants ^^ (i personnaly just put a small red border to specific "craft items" i want to show)

You forgot to change the name of the thread with the correct version number. Should be 2.4.7 i think but it says 2.4.5.

Can i ask why there are no dropsounds for mid tier currency like chaos, fuse, blessed, gcp? Is it intentional to keep it as much as possible like vanilla poe?

Yes. Most of them have a pretty loud *ping* sound anyway.

I support the sentiment. I love your filter and it's the best imho, but i feel like i missed a lot of very good bases because you tend to ignore white and blue items if they aren't otherwise highlighted .. i found like 3/4 pairs of boots just because they were yellow and somehow notced them, and a blue opal ring just as a coincidence.. and nothing else out of hundreds of maps...

hopefully the next update will be soon :P

I'm glad you like it. The next update will correspond to GGG's next batch of div cards, or another patch that adds content which would normally prompt me to do an update. I just don't like inundating people with updates, as some folks pull directly from github.

Hey, just started using this (first filter ever) and at a quick glance, I gotta ask, are there any cards this will hide? the list of shown cards did not seem conclusive when i skimmed the text... but as I said, this is my first filter and I know little about them.

No cards are hidden. The reason there's not a full list is just for expediency's sake. It works like this (paraphrasing)

Really common cards that don't need a drop sound

All other cards with a standard drop sound / font

You'll see a lot of filters do the same thing in various areas. I also don't list all currency types; I handle it just like Div cards.
