Depents on what you like. My cycloner uses fire resist aura, lightning resist aura & determination. Together with +5 max cold res from aegis he gets some solid resists. Grace is in almost every case a little better than determination but when you enter a group someone will use grace for you while almost noone uses determination and it is nice to have both.

2)About that cyclone it is worth to run DW or better run it with aegis? How much cost aegis now btw? i have no idea about any prices...and builds now... damn, i dont even know how to set up my duelist build, i feel so lost in this game, so much thing to learn :D

It is 10 times easier to survive with Aegis than whith dw. A leagacy aegis can be bought often for about 12-14 ex.

4)Also i heard about new "place" everyone can have, and pretty much u can now easy set all colors of ur 6l if u want - using some machines. You just need to have enough chromes, no more RNG(?).
Same thing with 6linking ur armour oO.

5) What is MHC? What are ratios for exalt, gcp, eternal orb, chaos/ how much cost mirror? (Standard) there was some page which all those ratios cant remember it. Same thing with all items from forum, there was a page which u can search everything and see b/o or current offer.

Don't trust these sites. Ratios change as we speak but atm ratios are about:
1 ex ~ 36 chaos
1 ex ~ 44 fusings
1 ex ~ 220 chroms
1 Mirror ~ 180 ex

One last warning: NEVER sell your legacy soultaker or there will be a time when you will regret it. I regret almost every single legacy I ever sold. Don't do it - they become more rare day by day. I bought a handful of 999% facebreakers the day before they became legacy (2 ex each). Some times later I sold them for up to 20 ex each. It wasn't a bad deal but today a 999% facebreaker is worth even more and they are not that common anymore (a 1000% one is even more rare & more expensive). Your 200% soultaker is not only "not that common anymore" it is rare as a pure diamond, keep it as long as you play poe. For me it is the one legacy item I dream of. ;)

Most people would go with herald(s), herald of ash, herald of thunder, herald of ice, roughly in that order. My lazy pally build uses only the herald of ash. The lazy pally guide has a fair amount of info.
