well the tree wont change, just adjust your gear, get res capped, and try to get as much crit as u can.
accu rating should be good anyway since we have a huge amount of dex. so u only need 2 midi accu rating rolls on ur jewelery and u are fine.
wed is also important + critmulti on quiver and neck.

as a bow chin sol is nice, belly of the best, rat's nest etc, be creative

There is no best way to level this,
it depends on your playstyle and your gear, either go full damage, full hp or a hybrid version

ye in 1.3 it was more a spaceholder and something i could refer to later, like old gear etc.
Now it's a real guide going into detail and stuff. Hopefully things are understandable since english isnt my mothers lang :/ sry for that tho
