It is part of the counter we will receive as soon as the release date for the new expansion, probably Act 4, has been confirmed.

Concerning the content, what can we expect? Well, there are still several unrevealed things, if you´ve followed the story till we hopped into the game:



So, with that said, we can still expect that we will get to the ruins of Theopolis on the Oriath Island at some point in the game, also we will find out more about all the devices in the game (for example which can be found in Act 2 in the Chamber of Sins, The Crossroads, etc.) and probably have to use them. Also it is possible, that we will have to fight for or against Lady Dialla at some point in the later game.

There goes the Hype. Many people actually don´t follow the story of the game, even though in my opinion, it is pretty cool.

Why would you assume that Theopolis is in ruins? It's a prosperous city that wasn't touched by the cataclysm. People are exiled from there, after all.

And as for the devices in the Chamber of Sins, one of them is just a prototype of the Map Device, and the second one was presumably used for creating the Baleful Gem. Crossroads doesn't have any "devices".

My guess is its a throne room. There is a man sitting in the throne with his head in hands. To me, it looks like you can see some hair.

Maybe a portal to another world or dimension.

Mirror of Kalandra is actually a portal to another dimention
When you mirror an item, the mirror transfer the same item from another dimention to yours
Mirror items are "Ethereal" like items, like in D2, which means they cannot be altered

So the mirror shape at the base might be a portal

Last boss is inside mirror of kalandra :P
