" Loot filter and trade system. Or better loot affix assignment and lowered drop rates. Either or. No. Calm down. Learn to enjoy losing.

" No. 2!!!! or even better, how about item (re)arrangement. I HATE having to play loot tetris on some 40-odd stash tabs. On another note, how about an in-game effects toggle. I cant run my game very well as it is without a lot of laaagggg in it. a toggle to stop or change (rain, particle effects, etc) would be nice. " Agreed. I think loot filter is good for mostly single-player ARPG's like TL2, but for POE if I party I want to see all the loot that drops. Very often in parties, someone picks up an item assigned to them, ids it and doesn't like it and drops it, but it would be a good item for me for a build so I pick it up and keep it. If I had a loot filter I may never see items that were originally assigned to someone else and then dropped. Even with games with a robust loot filter like TL2, I still only really use it for filtering out white items, but in POE there are many occasions I'd want to see those too. " And this is exactly what people who ask for a loot filter dont get. But let them have one, then someone picks up an item they missed because they filter it out, then suggestions will be flooded with "change the loot filter" and the like. And some things should be toggles and others shouldnt be. GGG got it backwards sadly, ilvl should be always on, what good is it if we have to press a button for this little non intrusive and always helpful thing? While the XP per hour might really be a permanent thing rather than a toggle which i would totally hate as i just dont care about it at all how much i get in an hour. I hope we hear GGGs opinion on this why these were made so "backwards" and why some things will be toggles while others will be permanent set features we cant disable. Always happy about announcements like this though, GGG really works hard to give us what we want even if we usually dont deserve such nice things anyways. |
