you can still six link ilvl 36 items.

I got a ilvl 36 full scale armour, 6socketed it with vorici 350 jeweller recipe and over the course of more than a month I tried to 6link it using 20% scraps each time. Getting a 5l is relatively easy that way, even if you only use a 5S armour. (40-50 fusings on average)

I think that more people should read fightgarr's crafting guide. There are a lot of tips on how to craft some budget gear. It won't be as good as a multimodded item but items with 4 good mods can get you pretty far.

I do agree that reducing the multimod cost for lld gear would allow more people to dabble in pvp.

It's also worth noting that gear's effect on races is all based on the gear that dropped within the context of the race. Except maybe for unclaimed race rewards, you can't pass high-leveled items down to low-leveled characters of yours just starting out in a race.

Your proposed idea of Leo giving out points to buy modifiers for your items sounds interesting, but I am fairly certain that it will not implemented since it has several issues. An idea that I personally favour very much is to give leo a version of Elreon's multimod for ilvl 36 items exclusively at a much cheaper price. This would allow players to gear up for LLD more easily and the restriction to ilvl 36 ensures that the created items will not have an impact on economy for engame items (unlike Elreon's pre 1.3 Multimod).

+1 for better season rewards and lowering cost of multimod
-1 for leo favour items
Other thing is when you lower multimod price and some more peoples will join there will be others problems that will show up.(for example there is enough asenath gloves for small pvp community with growing community it can become problem and price will raise).
And this is sth that never stop untill some peoples wont get free of all effort and currency needing pvp and im against that kind of pvp.
Its item based game and what should be done imo is closing gap between t1 gear and t2 gear(like some good and cheap uniques which we lack for now) but not getting rid of this gap tottaly.

Also about ilvl 36 items cheaper multimod dont forgot that min ilvl of elreon jewellery is 44 so it shouldnt be about ilvl of item but on this item purpose (like you cant go to pve area with lower cost pvp multimod).

Maybe a solution? "This item can only be used on premade PvP characters". I doubt GGG will implement something along these lines though.

All you mentioned about Wealth & Incentive is related to PvE and complications arise because all the changes that affects PvE also does in PvP, for me this one is the main:

#Risk vs Reward PvE and PvP for Hardcore leagues: incentive or reward is nonexistent because for GGG eyes is just a personal choice, there are so many difficulties by making a decent PvP char for participate in these events and once you there the REWARD is disappointing, this is why i think playing PvP in HC leagues has no future because how they are designed and implemented.

Anyway here my 2cents about Wealth and Incentive:

1: Since the Risk always changing with every Hc temp league, Reward factor also must change with it. a new mechanic is needed: Character Level or PvE Ladder should be involved on this. And yeah for PvP we need special Master favour for the benches fee.

2: Another suggestion for all leagues could be rise the current loot values increasing by X the drop rate of many useful base orbs OR the amount of them you receive from vendor recipes and why not introducing new ones like 5s = 4Jewelers / X Tier1 affixes = Exalted shards? / ilvl72 rares instead of 75 for Regal orbs. The goal is the accessibility to craft items.

So sad no more LLD for like half year.
I just feel cheated that Leo offer currency discount at level 6 and probably chance to sell an unique at level 8 and crafting/affixe that can be meaningful in PvE.

I sucks at PvP, I don't want to do PvP, I don't want to spend currency nor time to do PvP, but you won't have access to all the things Leo offer otherwise. So I just feel like enslaved to this.

More than that, daily are utterly bad designed, I could only do 1 3vs3, I have to spend hours waiting, and trying. I'm support, I'm barely able to kill people in PvP. The thing is... other want to do daily, so I sometimes find myself against low level that got recked by my 93, but if anything, a level ~60 PvE build could raped me. When doing daily, I just praise for an easy daily. Half the time, it include stupid mission that I can't do because I will just spend one hour in queue. The other half is either PvP where I stumble again and again against the same guys in 1vs1 because there is no one in PvP, and he chain rape me, or it's a daily that need another class.

It will just take a decade to level it to level 8, and have access to all his master craft, but I will do it. And I will just say it's bad designed each day.

Also, achievement? capture a flag? Like I didn't try participating in one... stupid.

Today: win a 1vs1 match without using any flask? ahah, this is the best I could have!
1st match: against 90, raped me
2nd match: against same guys... remember? no one...
3rd match: same... rage quit.

We use pve masters in pvp too, what's your point?

This is how GGG wanted leo to work. Deal with it and stop complaining.
